PIP Theatre is both a venue and a production company. PIP Theatre collaborates with professional theatre producers and partners with existing charities and not-for-profits (NFP) to develop theatre which generates awareness, discussion and action to address social issues (such as gender equality, domestic and family violence, cultural and linguistic diversity, mental health and disability). In the process, PIP Theatre will showcase and provide paid opportunities in Brisbane for creative artists both established and emerging.
PIP Theatre’s inaugural production is The Boys by Gordon Graham, planned for 2022 to coincide with Qld Domestic and Family Violence Prevention Month in partnership with charity Micah Projects.
