Terms and Conditions for Ticket Holders

 
 

Ticket holders must present their ticket to the Box Office on arrival. Any ticket holders purchasing tickets that require an ID must present this at the Box Office on request.

Doors close on time for every performance - please don't be late as most shows cannot allow late entry. We are unable to refund or move tickets for anyone arriving late. Please see our website for parking and transport information so that you can plan your trip to arrive early. The Box Office opens for refreshments 45 minutes prior to the show commencing.

Cancellation/Refund/Move policy : we offer a free refund of any ticket, if we receive notice a minimum of twenty four hours or more prior to the performance you are attending via email. If you cannot make a performance, we also offer to move your tickets to another performance, subject to availability, and with a minimum of twenty four hours notice. Notice period is taken from the time stamp on the email to enquiries@adastracreativity.com
